- To plan, implement and co-ordinate matters related to physical infrastructure development of cultural arts e.g. the construction of State Cultural Park Complexes and District Arts Centres.
- To plan, implement and co-ordinate matters related to office transport, i.e. the scheduling of duty roster of drivers and maintenance of office vehicles.
- To plan, implement and co-ordinate ICT matters of the department at headquarters and state levels.
- To plan, manage, co-ordinate and monitor matters related to office equipments and inventories.
- To plan, manage, co-ordinate and monitor equipment requirements for the department.
- To manage and co-ordinate matters related to office security and cleanliness.
- To plan, manage, implement and co-ordinate public relations and communication activities.
